Short juice cleanses, aka 3 days or so, could be fine for you. However, over extended periods of time, you could begin to develop nutrient deficiency from consuming only juice.

When you juice fruit, you lose the fruit’s dietary fiber, which means you miss out on fruit's ability to control blood sugar levels.

Juice is good, but like anything else, only in moderation!
