My 90 day hair growth challenge officially ended a few days ago and here are a few updates as well as my thoughts.
- I used all products given except for the liquid hair vitamin
- The only product that wasn’t used up completely is the Hair Follicle Food
- For the last month the only product used as the Hair Follicle Food
- I resumed taking my normal daily vitamin after using the supply sponsored
It is very hard for me to see a change in my hair. I usually can not tell that my hair is growing until someone tells me or I see an old picture. With that being said, I am not sure of exact progress right now but I will be doing a length check very soon.
Overall, I liked doing the challenge but appearance wise I haven’t seen a huge change in my hair. Once I do my length check I’ll have a better outlook on this. Look for the length check video within the next week.
