I finished my 90 day hair growth challenge a few weeks ago and now it’s time for a length check video. My last length check video was back in July. To watch, click here.

Overall I didn’t see a significant amount of hair growth. Yes, my hair did grow however I think that it still would have grown the same amount even without the vitamins.
I will say that my skin was very clear and I didn’t get sick during my time taking the vitamins.
