Hey Curlies,

I just got back from New York City to cover Naturally Curly’s Texture on the Runway, and it was the ultimate beauty experience. Think high fashion mixed with big curls and that was Texture on the Runway 2018.

The show was sponsored by Sally Beauty and in partnership with:

Each brand came up with a top-secret theme that showed off some of the latest fashion trends and hairstyles.

In addition, each attendee received literally a 20-pound bag of hair products from all partners inside of a Naturally Curly collector’s edition tote!

As you can see, there was so much diversity in the show. All hair textures and body types were showcased. I also loved how one of the Carol’s Daughter models from last year who was pregnant brought her baby on stage. See this clip at 2:23 in the video above.

Long story short, it was a blast, and I can’t wait for next year’s event.
